Pass special resolution at EGM/AGM for MOA/AOA amendment. File MGT-14 with MCA within 30 days under Section 117.

File Form INC-27 for alteration of MOA (object clause) or Form SH-7 for increase in authorised share capital within 30 days of special resolution.

ROC Approval
ROC approves the amendment and updates the company records. Amended MOA/AOA takes effect from the date of ROC approval.
